Coordinate development of standardized configuration and system administration practices for the MiEHDWIS technical and support team Due Date 12/31/2026 Specific: Lead and coordinate a collaborative effort with the MiEHDWIS technical and support team to define, standardize, and document best practices and SOPs for both system configuration and system administration tasks. Measurable: By the end of 2026: • Facilitate at least three focused working sessions with technical/support team members to define or refine configuration and system administration practices. • Coordinate the creation or revision of at least five SOPs, checklists, or standards covering configuration workflows, administration tasks, or decision making criteria. • Reach team consensus to implement or pilot at least two standardized processes that improve consistency and reduce risk. Achievable: Use existing technical meetings, real configuration/admin scenarios, and subject matter expertise to co create documentation. Distribute drafting and review responsibilities among team members so the workload is shared. Relevant: Standardized practices for configuration and system administration improve system stability, integrity, and maintainability; reduce rework; and provide clearer guidance for technical staff supporting MiEHDWIS. Time Bound: Begin coordinated work by June 2026, complete working sessions by September 2026, and finalize the first round of configuration and system administration documentation by December 2026.

Specific: Review existing configuration team resources—such as tools, parameters, roles, data types, and text masks—to determine which items need updates or new documentation. Draft initial outlines or early versions of priority resources. Measurable: Produce draft versions or outlines for at least 2–3 resources and confirm direction and accuracy through preliminary feedback from configuration team members and SMEs. Achievable: Collaborate with configuration team members to validate content needs and use existing documentation as a foundation for initial drafts. Relevant: Establishes the groundwork required to efficiently complete and publish finalized resources, reducing time the team spends searching for accurate information. Time‑Bound: Complete assessment and draft resource development by September 28, 2026.
