Water Haulers - Entity Overview
Every entity has an overview page. These overview pages contain information that is unique to that Program Area.
This Article will walk through the Water Hauler Overview and highlight key information.

Overview
Details Card
The details card shows basic information about the water hauling business, including location and mailing addresses, phone number, county, LHD office license expiration date, counties served, and whether it is a private or emergency event hauler.
Program area staff can edit and manage this information through the details tab.
The link at the bottom of the card leads directly to the details card for editing.
Water Hauler Owners
Water Haulers do not pay an invoice, so billable customer is not needed. Owners are managed in the Entity Drawer of the Entity-Level Filing Cabinet.
Community Water Supply Source
The Community Water Supply card listed the entity information about the source of the hauled water. The entity ID link will take you directly to the Community Water Supply entity overview page. Not every water hauler will have information listed here.
Noncommunity Water Supply Customers
The Noncommunity Water Supply Customers card listed the which Non-Comm Entities are reciving water from this Hauler as a customer. The entity ID link will take you directly to the Non-Comm entity overview page. Not every water hauler will have information listed here.
Customers
Water Haulers can choose to provide a list of their customers. If not, customers are listed the card will say No Customers Found.
Recent Activities
The Recent Activities Card displays the six latest activities, sorted by creation date from newest to oldest.
Details
Information
The Information tab on the Details page lets users edit water hauler business information, including the business name. Owner information is not edited here.
After Release 19, users can generate a one-time Claim Entity Pin for the entity in this location.
Trucks
Water hauler trucks will be listed here. You can also add new trucks from this page. Not all entities will use trucks. To edit existing trucks, select the pencil icon next to the truck information.
Each truck entry includes the following details:
Vehicle identification number
Year, make, and model
Truck status (active, inactive, under review, proposed)
Capacity in gallons
Materials (stainless steel, polyethylene, other, unknown)
Truck license plate number
Most recent inspection date
Comments section
Trailers
Water Hauler Trailer will be listed here. New trailers can also be added from this page. Not all entities will use trailers. To edit any existing Trailers, select the pencil icon next to the trailer information
Each trailer entry includes the following details:
Vehicle identification number
Year, Make and model
Trailer status (active, inactive, under review, proposed)
Capacity in gallons
Materials (stainless steel, polyethylene, other, unknown)
Trailer license plate number
Most recent inspection date
Comments section
Containers
Water hauling containers will be listed here. New container sets can also be added from this page. Not all entities will use containers. Containers they are organized in sets. Each entry includes the following details:
Active status
Capacity in gallons
Material (Stainless Steel, Polyethylene, Other, or Unknown)
Number of containers in the set
Most recent inspection date
Comments section
Program staff can edit and update this information. A drop-down area provides additional details about the container sets.
Activities
The Activities tab on the Water Hauler Entity overview page shows all activities related to that entity. Program area staff can filter by text, activity type, and status using the improved filters introduced in release 19.
Staff can create activities for the entity and export them as a CSV file.

The unique id number assigned to an activity. Entity Level Filing Cabinet
On the right-side of the screen on the Entity Overview pages, there are a series of icons called the File Cabinet.
With Release-19 A new icon has been added to the Filing Cabinet to inform users how many items are in each drawer. When you hover your cursor over the icon a number will appear.

This drawer displays tasks associated with the entity. Tasks can be created for an entity from this drawer. Tasks are primarily located in the Activity, not the Entity. | Tasks |
The files drawer holds entity-related files. This section can be filters, and files can be added here. Most files appear on the activity overview page. | Diles |
The generated documents drawer displays all documents for an entity. It shows document name, description, status, type, creator, creation date, bulk download date, external visibility, preview, and download option. Users can create generated documents using the Generate Documents button. | Generated Documents |
MiEHDWIS generates dynamic forms for internal or external users to complete. This drawer displays any dynamic forms on the entity, though most appear at the activity level. | Dynamic forms |
The contacts drawer will house information about current and previous owners. Internal users can add entity level contributors here, or link contacts.

The Links drawer allows users to connect other entities to that entity. The entities do not have to be of the same program type. | Links |
This drawer contains two tabs. One for entity-level fees, and a second drawer for entity-level invoices. If you are looking for a specific invoice, please check the activity-level financials drawer. | Financials
