Foxit is available for use within MiEHDWIS. To use Foxit, you will need to log in to your MiEHDWIS account and then open the Foxit application. Once open, you will be able to use the Foxit features to create, edit, and organize your documents. You can also use Foxit to upload documents to your MiEHDWIS account, share documents with other users, search for documents, and view documents in a variety of different file formats. Foxit also offers a variety of features such as collaboration tools, document security, and a digital signature engine.

Access Foxit PDF

  1. Click Activities.

  2. Select Activate you wish to edit (May have to do search to find it).

  3. The Overview Tab with the Activate info will appear.

  4. In the Workflow box click Transition.

  5. Click Notify Engineer.

  6. The Tasks box will appear.

  7. Check the Enter application information and edit Activity Details.

  8. Close Tasks box.

  9. Under Overview in the Workflow box click Transition. (again)

  10. Click Notify Engineer. (again)

  11. PDF review Tab will appear.

  12. Select the PDF Review Tab.

  13. PDF Review will appear.

    1. The documents that are loaded by the customer into MiEHDWIS will appear under the Home TAB in PDF Review.

    2. The PDF must be loaded prior to opening PDF review.

  14. PDF Review can perform the following.

    1. Add Stamps

    2. Add annotations.

    3. View Comments made by you and others.
