Choose either the Third Party QA Environment or the Third Party Citizen Environment.
Click Sign Up.
Enter in your Profile InformationLogin to the MiLogin for Business in QA Environment.
Click Create an Account.
Select square answers to complete reCATCHA.
Click on I am not a robot checkbox.

Answer the Verification QuestionsQuestion as S3cret.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Click Next.
Create your User ID - this must be your last name, first initial, and any four numbers (Example: DOEJ1234).
Create a password that is unique to you.
Confirm your password.
Click Next.
Choose your password recovery method(s).
Click Create Account.
Lastly, follow the instructions to Request Access to MiEHDWIS.
