When on your dashboard, you can view a list of open inspection activities on the Open Inspection Activities card.
To find the inspection you’re looking for, click the Filter button or use the columns to sort.
You are able to filter for activity type. By filtering for SWRF Inspections activity type, you will see only that type of inspection activity.
If you are only interested in finding inspection that need to be completed, filtering for the activity status of Inspection Requested will provide a list.
Assign or claim an inspection by selecting the person-icon in the right-hand column.
Search for, and select, activities that have the Inspection Requested Activity Status.
Open the activity by clicking on the inspection activity hyperlink (in blue font, beginning with ACT-).

Complete the remaining questions in the inspection form.
Set the Inspection Status/Resolution at the end of the form and select Complete.
✔️ In Compliance - No issues or concerns were identified, no compliance comments were included on the report, and no EGLE staff review is required.
✔️ In Substantial Compliance - Only minor issues or concerns were identified, compliance comments are included on the report, and EGLE staff will review.
A follow-up inspection may be necessary.

If you selected Upload an Inspection Report in the Inspection Form on step 6, a new task will appear.
You will need to Upload the Inspection Report in the Inspection.

i. Scroll down to the Customer Attachments card.
ii. Click on the Upload Attachments button.
iii. Browse or drag the Inspection Report that is being uploaded, and select Save.
iv. Rename the File Name to match the Activity Name.
v. Select Inspection Report from the File Type drop-down list and click the Save button.
vi. Scroll back up to the Tasks card and click on the task box to check the task as complete.

If you selected Complete Inspection Questions Below in the Inspection Form on Step 11, you have the option to upload additional supporting documents.

Scroll down to the Customer Attachments card.
Click on the Upload Attachments button.
Browse or drag the attachments to the upload modal.
Select the type of file from the File Type drop-down list and click the Save button.
If changes are needed on the form, select Edit Form.
When Inspection in completed select Submit to EGLE.

For In Substantial Compliance and Not in Compliance inspections submitted, the current Status of the activity will change to In Review. EGLE staff will be notified of its receipt. No changes can be made to the activity. If you need to submit changes, contact EGLE staff from the Messages card of the activity. Scroll down the activity to locate the Messages card.
