  1. While still on the Template Details window in MiEHDWIS, click Edit. 

  2. Click Choose File. 

  3. Locate file and click Open. 

  4. File name is now listed next to Choose File. 

  5. Click Save. 

  6. Confirmation appears, “Successfully updated template.”
