Workflows

titleHow can an activity be withdrawn?

While the activity is in the pre-submitted state (prior to submission to EGLE), there is a button for external contributors to withdraw the activity. Once an activity passes the submit to EGLE step, the ability to withdraw the activity using the button is generally no longer available. In some cases, the withdraw button is available while the activity is “Waiting on Applicant”.

If an external user wishes to withdraw the activity after submission to EGLE, they should request that EGLE withdraw it on their behalf. There is an option to close or reject the activity (by EGLE) on many workflows and selecting the end resolution of "Withdrawn by Applicant" should be used.
