This action is available on the Activity Search screen only. It allows users to download the local health department (LHD) copies and campground owner copies of campground licenses. Documents are then stitched together into (multiple) 100-page PDF files and available from Operations > Download Queue.

The Activity Search Results number and the Bulk Download number may not matchCampground owner copies of the licenses are bulk downloaded in January-February and emailed to DTMB to print and mail. LHD copies of the licenses are bulk downloaded March-April and emailed to the LHDs by the Campground Program Administrator.

  1. Click on Activities Search.

  2. Enter the desired search criteria.

    1. Entity Type = Campground

    2. Activity Name = <Year>

    3. Activity Type = <Campground License>

  3. Click Search.  Review the search results to verify MiEHDWIS returned the expected search results.

  4. Click Actions.

  5. Click Bulk Document Download and the Bulk Download pop-up modal appears.

  6. Choose:

    1. Entity Type = Campground

    2. Category = License

    3. Type = LHD Copy Campground License

  7. Click Save.

  8. Confirm Download by clicking Download or Cancel if you do not wish to continue.

  9.  After confirming the download, click Operations in the left-hand navigation bar.

  10. Click Download Queue.

  11. Find the file name and click the Download button.

Info

The file name will identify the date and which entities are included in each 100-page file (e.g., 20210316063617-03-Allegan-13-Calhoun_LHD Copy Campground License _Batch_1.pdf).
