1. Visit MiLogin for Business.

2. Click Sign Up Create an Account.

3. Enter in your Profile Information:

   1. provide the same email address you use to conduct business with DWEHD;

   2. provide a cell phone or direct dial landline number(s) - No landlines that come through a switchboard will work for account verification/recovery.

   3. Be sure to add the security questions as one of your Security Option for password recovery.
      Multiple recovery options can be selected.

4. Answer the Verification Questions.

5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

6. Click NextEmail Address.

7. Click Next Step.

8. At this point, you will receive a passcode in an email from MiLogin to the email address you previously entered. Enter in that passcode, then click Next Step.

9. Enter in your name. Read the Terms & Conditions, then click the checkbox next to Terms & Conditions.

10. Click Next Step.

11. Enter in your work phone number. You will receive a phone call with a passcode to confirm at the next step. If you can not verify your work phone number, don’t worry. You can still proceed with entering in your work phone number and can skip the verification in the next step.

12. If you were able to receive a phone call with a passcode, enter in the passcode and click Confirm Passcode. If not, click Skip Verification.

13. Create your User ID - this . This mustbe your last name , with the first initial , of your first name and any four numbers (Example: DOEJ1234DoeJ1234).

14. Create a password that is unique to youClick Next Step.

15. Confirm Create your password.

16. Click Next.

17. Choose Re-enter your password recovery method(s).

18. Click Create Account.
