To bulk download documents from the activity level, use the Linked Documents Tab.

On the Activity Overview page of an entity.
Select the Linked Documents Tab.
Filter the list of linked documents, using the text filter line, or toggle to include Archived files, draft documents, and incomplete forms.
Either select the individual check boxes for the needed documents or select all documents by checking the box in the Header Row.
Once documents are selected, the Bulk Download button will no longer be inactive.
Select the Bulk Download button.
Please Note: the Export button, does not download the files. The Export button will export an Excel document with file names and details.A Pop-up message will appear in the right-hand corner stating “Documents are being prepared for download, see the Download Queue”
Continue working while the download is being completed. Another pop-up will appear in the lower center of the screen stating bulk download is complete.
Navigate to Operations, in the left-hand menu. Select Download Queue.
A new screen will appear, select the download icon on the right-hand side of the screen to download the selected files.
