  1. On the main navigation pane, click Documents.

  2. Click the Upload cloud icon.

  3. Choose the Entity Type for which you are bulk uploading documents.

  4. Select or drag at least one file to upload.

  5. Update the information on the screen for each document, if necessary.

    1. Each document requires a File Name, File Type, Received Date, and Entity.

    2. This information can be bulk updated by clicking the checkboxes for each individual document or by clicking the top row checkbox to select all documents and then clicking Bulk Update Selected, entering in the correct information, and then clicking +Update Selected.

  6. Once all information has been completed on the upload page, click → Next.

  7. Review the information, click ← Back to edit any details or Cancel to exit out.

  8. You are now required to select an Activity Type for these documents to create.

    1. By defaulting at choosing None, the document will go on the Entity’s overall files drawer and is not connected to any activity.

    2. By choosing another Activity Type (the drop down list is determined by the File Type chose on the previous screen), you will be creating a new activity with that document added to its file drawer.

  9. Click Upload to complete the process.

  10. You will then be taken to the Documents search screen filtered on the documents that were just uploaded during this process.

    1. A Bulk Upload ID will be provided. This is very important if you wish to easily find these specific documents in one place. At any time, you can go to Documents and search based on this Bulk Document ID.
