Scroll up and click on the Proceed to Certification button. On the dialog box, click on a second Proceed to Certification button to confirm.
Once you click Proceed to Certification, you are not done yet. The certifier for your supply must click Submit to EGLE and then certify. Once this is complete, you have officially submitted the Distribution System Materials Inventory.
