This process shows users how to change multiple Activities statuses of the same Entity Type (e.g., Campground, Septage Hauler, etc.) and Activity Status (e.g., In Process, Waiting on Applicant, etc.) to other states at one time.

This process is available on the Activity Search screen only.

1. Under Main click on Activities.

2. Activities Search will appearClick on Activities.

3. Enter the desired search criteria.

4. Make sure you include the following search fields.

   1. Entity Type

   2. Activity Type

   3. Activity Status

5. Click Search and the Search Results page appears. 

6. Click Actions. 

7. Click Bulk Transition and the Bulk Transition pop-up modal appears.

8. Choose the status you want to change the activities to from the search results. 

9. Click Submit.

10. Process is complete when “Process has been successfully added to the queue” appears.

11. Verify change by performing a search using the new Activity Status.
