Introduction

Activities are a container of work that allow users to manage work and information for a process over a period of time. Activity searches allow users to search for activities across different entity types. Users can then transition activities to a status based on workflow.

Work Lists allow a user to page through activities they need to work on and update that activity efficiently and effectively. With Work Lists, users do not have to repeatedly execute a search or download a search results file and work against that file.  Information is quickly and easily updated.
